In 2021, during Covid pandemic, I was going through my own career and life transitions and searching for my "why".  I asked a very important person - "Who do you say that I am?".   His answer - "Bamboo, as you are strong, courageous, resilient, flexible, always learning, shooting for growth and excellence and you will thrive where you are placed."

With that encouragement and with a leap of faith, I set up Bamboo Consulting Company to embark on a steep learning curve as an entrepreneur.  That one definitive decision set me off into a totally different career trajectory than what I had originally planned for my life.  

 

Through Transformative Executive Coaching, I hope to be able to use these same qualities to support mid- to senior level professionals who may be going through their own transitions and are at the cusps of their breakthrough moments; to help them have greater clarity of who they are and to emerge as stronger leaders and people and with a greater sense of purpose.
